Counselling Rates: 

$130/hour (60 minutes) - Individual session 
$150/hour (60 minutes) - Relationship Therapy (1+)​

All sessions include a therapeutic letter. ​

E-Transfer: 

To book an appointment online, a credit card is required at the time of scheduling. If you’d prefer to pay via e-transfer, please contact us directly!​

When you book online, your credit card payment is processed securely, giving you peace of mind and ensuring your appointment is reserved just for you

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full refund when appointment cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. If appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended, no refund will apply. ​

 

Insurance: 

Restore the Core does not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Psychotherapy services in Ontario may be covered under extended health plans. If you need help navigating the eligibility process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
